Last year, for the 2nd edition of AviglianaMangiaBio and the 1st Day of gas, I must say it went very well.






Beautiful the evening of Saturday evening with the producers ( Guerzoni, Astorflex, Hill of Orange, Aqua ) along with other representatives of GasAvigliana.

A big thank you again and we must always ROSARIO Dairy (which produces a spectacular buffalo mozzarella km. Zero) which funded the show in the square.




And then the most important thing for a group purchase the most important thing is to have had the pleasure and honor of knowing personally who gives us the delicacies that we eat daily.

has just passed in time to come and AVIGLIANAMANGIABIO for the FESTIVAL OF GAS.

initiative last year (first time for the feast of GAS) was very good.

Our producer of oranges has had a surge of orders.

There are many buying groups, which individually have come to the event and have been able to personally meet the producers.

Manufacturing Process ...


The process begins each day in the early hours of the morning, with the arrival of fresh fish by Sicilian marines.

RICE SALAD
rice, olives, pickles, sausage, capers, parsley, anchovies, olive oil.

POTATOES
lettuce, olives, parsley, anchovies, capers. PASTA WITH BROCCOLI

ARRIMINATO
Fry the onion in a pan, add anchovies into small pieces, passolina e pinoli. Versare cimette di cavolfiore scottate in acqua e sale. Versare la pasta (bucatini) al dente nel tegame e aggiungere un pizzico di zafferano, amalgamare il tutto e fare cuocere per cinque minuti.

SPAGHETTI ASPRA
Soffriggere cipolle tagliuzzate con un pizzico di aglio in olio d'oliva, aggiungere acciughe tagliuzzate e pinoli.
A fine cottura aggiungere prezzemolo ed un pizzico di pepe. Condire gli spaghetti. Si puo cospargere volendo mollica brustolita.

INSALATA MEDITERRANEA
Pomodoro, lattuga, olive, acchiughe.

BROCCOLO AFFUMICATO
Imbottire il cavolfiore con acciughe, pinoli, passolina, olive, aglio, formaggio piccante.
Collocare in tegame, annaffiare con a little olive oil, cover and cook over low heat.

Beer of the Year (Beer of the Year), Organized by Unionbirrai , is the main competition for Italian craft beer Breweries. Yesterday
in Rimini, Rimini Within Flavor (Previously Known as Planet Beer, beer That Was the main fair in Europe and the industrials lost in the last years), the winners were announced.
That year the contest was greatly organized and the international jury was outstanding as usual (the judges list in the link is not up to date, there have been some replacements).
Just a few stinging remarks before the ranking. Many main actors of our beer scene miss, Birrificio Italiano to say a name. 
Why? Some pioneers or well reputated brewers are giving way to newcomers? Is it part of the game? 
Have all most famous Italian masterpieces entered the competition?
We don’t know anything about it. 
We just know that 80 breweries and more than  350 beers partecipated. 
We know that Barley refused to partecipate and so  Birrificio Montegioco and Loverbeer (masters of sour beers in Italy). Anyway, we ignore the most important thing: the names of the beers in each category. T
his is quite common in every beer competitions around the world, so this is not a specific criticism, but I wonder if for once Italy cannot provide a cutting edge transparency that should be very useful for consumers (but for producers? ;-) ).
The award for the brewery of the year went to Birrificio Ducato that submitted some incredibly good beers (Luna Rossa and Ultima Luna for example) but also some one-shot samples.

-Come capo scout svolgo anche funzioni di coordinatore fra i vari  gruppi della valle che fanno parte dell’A.G.E.S.C.I. per quanto riguarda i bambini delle elementari.
-Ho esperienze di servizio anche in oratorio e con adolescenti  e adulti in difficoltà.

ANNA MARCECA
-Sono laureanda all’Interfacoltà per Educatori Professionali e ad Aprile discuterò la mia tesi.
-Faccio parte del Gruppo Scout A.G.E.S.C.I. Avigliana1 e già da tre anni mi occupo dei bambini dagli 8 agli 11 anni.
-Ho anche avuto esperienze di servizio con bambini  affetti da autismo (sui quali sto sviluppando la mia tesi) e con adolescenti difficili nel quartiere di Scampia a Napoli .

1 - ABOUT

Our Association wants the City Administration, in order to submit a" draft "of a project to optimize a service (the currently non-existent), as regards the supervision during free time, and not only children from 3 to 14 years, whose parents busy all day need.
The idea came from my personal experience of mother -working with small daughter, who, during his course of growth, was obliged to seek the help of grandparents, constraining the free time.
